Palasino Summer CUP is in the books!
A full poker room and hundreds of thrilling moments – that was the Palasino Summer CUP, which took place during the last weekend of August at Palasino Excalibur City. The attractive prize pool was contested across three starting days, and from the very first flight it was clear that this would be a special event.
A total of 237 players joined the tournament with a buy-in of €80, making use of 145 re-entries, which pushed the final prize pool over €30,000. In Day A, it was Matěj Fendrych who claimed the chiplead, Day B was dominated by P. S., and the final Day C belonged to Zeljko Sito. From each flight, 10% of the best players advanced to Sunday’s Final Day.
The Final Day was a showcase of quality poker and great hands. The poker room lived through every move, and the tension kept rising until midnight. When the last six players remained, a deal was made – the prize pool was split and play continued only for the prestigious trophy. In the end, it was Matěj Fendrych who lifted it, writing his name into the history of Palasino tournaments.
Thanks to the deal, the biggest payouts went to players such as Freedy Crooger from the Czech Republic, Martin Mick from Austria, and Rihgo Marinkovic.
The Palasino Summer CUP proved once again that poker has a strong place in Excalibur City. The combination of great atmosphere, international participation, and an attractive prize pool created an event that will be remembered for a long time.
We thank all the players who joined this fantastic event. We are already looking forward to the next edition – stay tuned so you don’t miss a thing!
